It seems like everyday has a special hashtag. I particularly like #selfcareSunday. Self- care is so important for everyone- kids, adults, parents, caregivers. Sunday is a great day to practice self- care. It’s a time to reset and recharge for the week ahead. You can do whatever makes you feel good- sleep in, read, meal prep, journal, draw, color - the possibilities are endless.
If self-care isn’t something that comes naturally for you (it is hard to slow down)- just try a few of these ideas and like with anything else in life, practice.
